SCI vacancy 2013 for 16 Dy. General Manager/Manager posts :The
Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) has a large and diversified
fleet which operates in all most all segments of shipping. Now the
Shipping Corporation of India Limited(SCI) has issued a notification and
invited application on prescribed format from Chief Engineer Officer
for recruitment's of the post of Dy.General Manager/Manager. Other
details regarding these posts are mentioned below:-
Details of the Vacancies in SCI:
Total no. of Vacancies: 16 posts
Name of the Post: Dy. General Manager/Manager
Location of the post:
1. Mumbai/Kolkata: 15 post
2. Port Blair: 01 post
Age Limit:Candidates those who are applying for these posts should not be more than 45 years of age as on 30-09-2013. Upper age relaxation will be given as per the Rules of Govt of India to the candidates of SC/ST by 5 years and by 3 years to the candidates of OBC (non creamy layer) category.
Experience:Candidates those who want to apply for Mumbai location should have minimum sailing experience of 12 months as Chief Engineer Officer(FG) and for Port Blair should have 12 months experince of sailing as Chief Engineer Officer(FG/NCV) as on 30-09-2013. Candidates those who are holding class III COC(NCV) or class II COC(NCV) can also apply for these posts.

Selection Procedure:Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of merit of Interview.
