Age Limit:
Age will be 30 years as on 16-12-2013. Upper age relaxation will be given as per the Rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should be
Graduate with one or two years Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Modern
Office Management/Secretarial Practice or Executive Assistant Diploma
or equivalent with knowledge of computer application. Should have 5
years of relevant experience in post qualification.
Selection Procedure:
Eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test, Practical Test of Stenography, Group Discussion and Viva-voice.
Physical Fitness:
Candidates those who are selected provisionally will have to undergo the Pre Employment Medical Examination (PEME) conducted by the Oil Medical Board.
