Commission West Bengal (COOPWB) has issued notification for recruitment
of the 15 Accountant, Cashier and other posts in various Co-operative
Institutions. Eligible candidates can send their applications on or

Age Limit: Candidates
upper age limit should not exceed 40 years for Post No. 1, 4, 6, 7 &
8 and should not exceed 35 years for remaining all positions as on
01-01-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should posses B.Com. (Hons. in Accountancy) for Post No.1,
Graduate for Post No.2, Madhyamik / equivalent for Post No.3, B.Com.
(Hons.)/ B.Sc. / B.Com for Post No.4. Refer notification for post wise
educational qualification details.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Objective Type
Written Tests.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.160/- only for UR/OBC/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates. Candidates can download the Challan form
from the website and cash to be deposited along with a service charge of
Rs.10/- to be charged by the Bank in favour of West Bengal Co-Operative
Service Commission from any Branch of the West Bengal State
Co-operative Bank Ltd. in to A/c No.29312051276 with Kolkata Main Brach
or through NEFT in the prescribed form available in the website to be
downloaded and pay in favour of West Bengal Co-Operative Service
Commission from any NEFT-enabled Branch of the State Co-operative Bank,
Central Co-operative Banks or any Bank in A/c No.29312051276 at Kolkata
Main Branch of the West Bengal State Co-operative Bank Ltd., having IFS
code BBSC0000001. No fee for SC/ST candidates.
How to Apply:
Candidates need to download the application format available in the
website, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest
signature and attach Bank/ NEFT Challan and attested copies of all
relevant certificates and drop at in the earmarked Drop Box of the
Commission placed at PWD Buildings, Block–‘A’[Ground Floor], Khadya
Bhawan Complex, 11A, Mirza Ghalib Street, Kolkata-700087 or send to the
Commission’s Office Address by Post / Speed Post / Registered Post /
Courier Service on or before by 5-00 p.m. on 27-09-2013 (Friday).
